Bishop Dr. Kelvin Leavy, Sr., a visionary & devoted leader, has a contagious spirit of love and generosity that permeates his ministry. Bishop Leavy earned a B.S. in Agriculture Education & Economics from Mississippi State University and went on to receive advanced degrees in Divinity and Theology from Emmanuel Theology Seminary. He began his ministry in 1995 under his father, Bishop James Leavy, Sr., at Greater Macedonia Church. He founded Judah Temple of Praise Ministries (JTOP) in 2000. Since JTOP was birthed, Bishop Leavy has ministered to thousands globally. His heart of service & reverence to God pushed him to serve the World Assemblies of Restoration (WAR) for over 20 years. Bishop was elevated to Second Assistant Presider of WAR in 2021 where he led with grace and humility. In 2023, he helped establish The Empowered Nation of Christ's Heritage (ENOCH365), becoming the fellowship's first Presiding Prelate in 2024. The inaugural service was held at JTOPNashville on January 12th, 2024. The birthing of ENOCH365 marked a new chapter of spiritual leadership for The Presider & Leader to inspire believers worldwide.
